How would you feel if you get to know you are not liked for yourself but coz you are a friend infact a very good friend of certain people who are liked or rather loved by everyone around???
First of all, if it were me, then it WON'T have changed anything between me and my friends; just because the dimwits like them and not me, it doesn't give me a reason to make things bad with my friends. It's my friends that matter to me, not the other people.
Now, the main question.
It might feel bad at first, because it's in Human nature to feel better if you're liked and feel very bad if you're not, and all that jazz.
But I don't take such things hard, because they simply don't matter. So I'll be just the same soon. If anything, I might talk somewhat more rudely to the people who've... well.
And lemme tell you why these things don't matter, Shaivi: it's because those sore losers who think they've gotta be nicer to you because the extremely likable people (likable for them, you see) are your great friends. Such people simply don't deserve a damn being given to them. I've always said this, and I'll say it again: have you never wondered what the "I need only one person to live my life" thingy in the personal tab of my orkut profile? That one person is always, always ME.
See, Shaivi, don't let the abovementioned losers matter. Just do one thing, let them know they don't need to like you or talk to you anymore if they feel it's a compulsion. :)
P.S: I know this comment is too long, but everyone needs to give therapy sometime. :P *immodest* :D
P.P.S: I keep my friends separate, just so you know there's at least someone who doesn't think the usual way. ^_^
@ shai i agree..its not smethin m holdin against dis frnd of mine secondly d pt is not abt likin or dislikin..its abt likin u not for urslf bt coz of sme1 else...n howeva mch u try 2 shw tht it dosent bt ofcourse it does hurt wen u get 2 kno dis frm ur so calld frnds neways i dnt really talk 2 dese mentioned loosers n opinions of dese ppl actualy dnt matter...its jst tht it jst gets 2 u at times wen u realise tht d ppl u once tuk as real gud frnds of urs dey wre alwys smewhere jst completin dis duty or loyalty 2 der best frnd by talkin 2 u
